Thanks Dr. Bietsch and staff!!! Love everyone in office especially Amber..... everyone is great- can’t wait for school to start so I can get back on the brace bus..... if you don’t know you better ask someone! Best thing ever!

We LOVE Bietsch Orthodontics! Their customer service is above and beyond. The Friday before we left for a two week road trip (July 5th), my daughter was eating lunch when the wire on her braces popped and was sticking out of her mouth. We called Dr. Bietsch’s office & left a message explaining our situation, not knowing if they were just closed for lunch or closed for the holiday weekend. Within the hour, Dr. Bietsch called back from his personal cell phone to try to walk my husband through snipping the wire. The wire, however, had just been changed to a heavier wire & my husband’s wire cutters weren’t doing the job. Even though the office was closed for the long weekend, Dr. Bietsch asked us to meet him there so he could fix it before we left on our trip because he did not want my daughter left uncomfortable that long. That type of customer service, in addition to the Bietsch Bus, makes Bietsch Orthodontics our favorite.

I totally recommend this orthodontist to anybody who is looking for an orthodontist to go to. The place is clean and all the staff members are extremely friendly. They always get the job done quickly and easily and I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could.

The staff is amazing!!! The office is spotless. They are so quick and friendly and knowledgeable! The bietsch bus....oh, how we love the bus!! All around amazing experience so far!! We love Bietsch Orthodontics!

Dr. Bietsch is so awesome with my inquisitive daughter. He doesn’t rush through her questions and answers them patiently. I would highly recommend him.

Everyone is so nice, and they always seem so happy to see you! It doesn’t hurt when they help you with your braces. I LOVE them!
I think that Bietsch orthodontics is wonderful! I like the inside with a little play area, and the directions they gave are very clear.They have models of braces and expanders to see if your getting some. It's great I

It was great! It was so upbeat and cheery... didn’t even feel like a dentists office. Felt more like a really popular hair salon and vibe of an amusement park experience. Changed the entire feeling of going to the dentist office!
